[M] upgrade Unity 2022.3.62 and fix link parsing

Upgraded Unity editor to 2022.3.62f2c1 with related package updates. Fixed LinkAccoutResult JSON parsing to properly handle bindInfo as dictionary. Added Android namespace configuration.
